The Client

Based just outside Melbourne’s CBD, our client is a boutique residential building company providing design and construction services for high-end, architectural homes across some of Melbourne’s most prestigious suburbs.

The Role

As the face of the office, you will work closely with the Director, provide administrative assistance to both internal and external stakeholders, and manage the company bookkeeping and accounts.

  • Ongoing and varied support to the Director and across all areas of the business
  • Accounts payable and receivable duties
  • Update and maintain company records and documents
  • Develop and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders in a friendly and professional manner
  • Other ad-hoc duties required by management

About you

  • 2+ years of office administration experience
  • Excellent telephone manner, communication skills, and customer service
  • Ability to work autonomously, and be able to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks

Highly regarded, but not essential

  • Bookkeeping/accounts experience
  • Knowledge of Xero, MYOB and/or Quickbooks
